Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a technical team in developing AI-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver AI-based services focused on document classification and data extraction
• Provide professional and technical leadership, coaching, and feedback to the engineering team
• Collaborate with Product Management and other Engineering Leaders to define work and manage multiple engineering workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating high-quality and scalable solutions
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodology and testing practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to provide coaching on software development, DevOps, and cloud-native architecture
