Software Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support and engineering services to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct contact and adviser for customer inquiries regarding Ceph Storage and OpenShift Data Foundations
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving a variety of technical issues
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Solid Linux experience at RHCSA or RHCE level
• Excellent system administration skills and experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of containers and Software Defined Storage systems, specifically Ceph or OpenShift Data Foundations
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team with a customer-centric focus
