Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Architect I within the Retail Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support the design of scalable and efficient EDI solutions under the guidance of senior team members
- Document solution designs, technical workflows, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of EDI protocols and data transformation tools
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to support EDI integrations
