Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Engineer for the API Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first technical point of contact for teams integrating the API
• Diagnose and resolve tier 1-2 engineering challenges and improve technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to implement customer-driven features and monitor developer success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience with solid engineering fundamentals
• Strong understanding of Web3 concepts and hands-on experience with Web3 projects
• Proficiency in Golang and understanding of API architecture and error handling
• Experience debugging complex issues in production systems
• Experience supporting external development teams or developer platforms
