Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst (TAM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and processes to identify trends impacting functionality and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues via phone or electronic interactions
- Work cross-functionally to manage escalations and document user problems to prevent re-occurrence
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field with 1-2 years of SaaS support experience
- Aptitude for data analysis or Quality Assurance experience
- Experience supporting APIs, Oauth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML
- 1-2 years of RDBMS experience, preferably with SQL Server
- Experience with performance monitoring technologies and diagnostic tools is a plus
