Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect to lead large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and provide strategic direction for successful outcomes
• Define system architecture and ensure alignment with business needs while driving technical excellence
• Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration to meet overall business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations and developing target state architecture for UKG WorkForce Management
• Proven experience with Dell Boomi platform and strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of technology architecture aspects including network, security, and integration
• Experience with XML, JSON, and SQL
