Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to support Revenue and Customer Success teams by engaging with prospects and customers to design processes and recommend strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Integrations team to enhance knowledge of integration capabilities
- Lead data and integration efforts for the Revenue team, proposing solutions to partners and customers
- Design solutions for non-standard problems and respond to technical queries from potential partners and customers
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience implementing rebate or pricing solutions for large customers
- Experience in SaaS, focusing on process design or data & integration with a customer-facing element
- Knowledge of integration tools such as ERP systems, FP&A tools, MDM tools, BI tools, or ETL tools
- Understanding of rebate management processes and how software can assist
- Ability to manage and iterate on key initiatives independently or collaboratively
