Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to students, recommenders, and member institutions through a multi-channel support center
- Assist in documentation and provide feedback to improve web-based products
- Participate in departmental activities and interact with various constituent groups
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Help Desk, customer service, or technical support
- Willingness to work specified shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Suite
