Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support and enable the Sales team in closing opportunities throughout the Sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software and assess customer needs to create tailored solutions
- Drive customized demos and Proof of Concepts (POC's) to articulate product value to prospects
- Collaborate with various teams to align strategies and contribute to process improvements in the presales operating model
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in a Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, or Customer Support role at a product-based firm
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Familiarity with bid and response management scope of work and industry
- Understanding of generative AI & Agent driven SaaS workflows
- Good understanding of Public Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google)
