A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to support Enterprise accounts and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers, guiding them on product integration and usage
- Troubleshoot technical issues and design customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Implement technical integrations and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Strong background in frontend technologies and familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and frameworks
- Experience with Storybook and/or Chromatic is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
