Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to assist clients in enhancing their Customer Experience using an AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead between clients, account executives, and internal teams
• Lead scoping sessions to gather and document business requirements, translating them into solution proposals
• Build and deliver customized demos and present solution proposals to clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar technical client-facing role
• Hands-on experience with web technologies, such as HTML and JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and/or NLP concepts
• Understanding of the software/SaaS sales cycle in a fast-paced startup environment
