Key Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate the value of open-source software to mid-sized organizations
- Support the sales process for customers with 300-700 employees and collaborate with senior team members
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, or a strong interest in technical sales
- Strong technical curiosity and a desire to understand how things work
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is helpful but not required
- Motivated self-starter eager to grow skills in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or experience with endpoint security, MDM, or working with IT/security teams is a bonus
