Space Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Space Data Manager (SDM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CAFM/IWMS database applications, ensuring accurate space data and configurations
• Create and deliver standard reports on key metrics related to space utilization and occupancy
• Act as the primary contact for space data requests, collaborating with various internal teams and training end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Space Planning, Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning
• 5+ years of experience in data management, preferably in occupancy or space planning
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS tools such as Serraview, Archibus, or TRIRIGA
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents
