Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls regarding insurance policies
- Obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License
- Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain regular attendance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Able to pass a background check
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
- Two years of customer service experience
