Special Investigations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Investigations Manager to lead a team responsible for detecting and resolving complex insurance fraud cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Special Investigators
• Review and approve investigative plans for high-exposure cases
• Monitor fraud trends and partner with leadership on fraud detection initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in P&C fraud investigations, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Deep understanding of SIU regulatory frameworks and insurance fraud laws
• Experience managing case inventory and team productivity
• Preferred certifications: CIFI, FCLS, or other fraud-related designations
