A company is looking for a Sponsored Projects Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees day-to-day operations of financial and accounting activities related to award setups, billing, and financial reporting
- Trains team members on award requirements and ensures compliance with agency guidelines and policies
- Implements process improvements and maintains customer relationships through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of five years of experience in research administration and grants/contracts accounting
- Experience with planning and implementing new policies and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications
- Ability to work independently and manage budgets and financial reports
