Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve developer processes for building LLM-powered applications and establish best practices
• Develop training resources and prompt guides while evaluating third-party AI tools for compliance and scalability
• Participate in engineering activities including design, testing, and incident response

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Developer Tooling, including 2+ years focused on AI
• 2+ years of experience leading platform teams on engineering build and delivery problems
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, such as LLMs and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in modern software stacks like Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, primarily coding in TypeScript
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues
