Key Responsibilities

- Translate ambiguity into measurable outcomes by defining core business metrics and designing methodologies to assess impact
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline
- 10+ years of industry experience for M.S. holders; 6+ years for Ph.D. holders in applied science, data science, or machine learning engineering roles
- Demonstrated expertise in auction design, targeting, measurement, or ad creative evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in statistical programming (Python or R) and SQL
- Strong understanding of experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing methodologies
