Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Notifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate product recommendations and develop measurement frameworks for the Notifications strategy
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML leadership to prioritize projects and enhance the user experience
• Lead and mentor other data scientists while providing feedback to improve performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in applying scientific methods to solve problems with web-scale data
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and experimentation
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Expertise in at least one scripting language (ideally Python/R) and proficiency in SQL/Hive
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
