Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the development of intelligent, automated systems for lead management and ad targeting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core back-end systems including lead management and ad targeting platforms
• Design and implement scalable services using Elixir Phoenix LiveView, SQL, and AWS
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate predictive models and champion engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer with a proven track record of production systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Elixir Phoenix LiveView in production environments
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL in high-volume settings
• Experience deploying systems in the cloud, preferably AWS
• Full stack experience with a focus on back-end systems and data pipelines
