Staff Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineering Manager, Web Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team responsible for frontend infrastructure
• Drive the roadmap and delivery of core systems, including build tooling and SSR infrastructure
• Partner with teams to align on priorities and drive adoption of best practices

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering and platform infrastructure teams
• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks and build tools
• 3+ years of experience designing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications
• Equivalent experience may be considered
