Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy scalable machine learning applications in the Engineering space.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives from idea to production, managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing long-term strategy
• Own the full machine learning lifecycle, including data exploration, model development, deployment, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build machine learning applications that align with business objectives and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level ML engineering role
• Expertise in SQL, Databricks, AWS services, Python, Spark, and machine learning frameworks such as XGBoost, Scikit, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
