Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Prime product, including strategy development, business development, execution, and risk management
• Collaborate with tech teams to optimize and innovate electronic trading infrastructure
• Manage client relationships and drive business expansion within the institutional segment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, trading, or technical leadership roles with experience in institutional-grade platforms
• Proven ability to translate institutional client needs into scalable product solutions
• Deep understanding of trade execution, market structure, and risk management
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with familiarity in financial markets modeling
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance
