Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack with Front-End Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full stack web applications with a focus on front-end scalability
• Implement user experiences using React & React Native and maintain GraphQL APIs powered by Python services
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver accessible and thoroughly tested user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant software development experience in general purpose programming languages
• At least 2+ years of production experience in full stack web development with modern frameworks (ideally React) and Python
• Experience building and maintaining GraphQL and/or REST APIs
• Experience with scaling relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to lead and architect large-scale projects as a technical thought leader
