Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - AI in Market Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own critical customer case escalations with deep root cause analysis and mitigation strategies
• Act as the highest technical escalation point for support incidents, leading cross-functional response efforts
• Become a subject-matter expert on Infinia internals and provide insights for product improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise storage, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure support/engineering
• Deep understanding of file systems, storage performance, and Linux kernel internals
• Proven debugging skills at system/protocol/app levels
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML data pipelines and container orchestration
• Exposure to high-performance networking stacks
