Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Android OS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the next generation of the Android Platform
• Define and develop new Android OS framework components and services for custom hardware needs
• Collaborate with various teams to establish a long-term vision for device capabilities and ensure software quality through automated testing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of AOSP development experience for new hardware devices
• Experience with Google's AOSP architecture and developing Android framework services
• Experience designing large scale software systems for Android devices
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, and C++
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
