Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the transition of testing responsibilities to agile engineering teams, fostering a culture of shared quality ownership
• Define and automate quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline to maintain quality standards before production releases
• Mentor engineering teams on test automation best practices and oversee the testing process for new product features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI-driven test automation and QE practices
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with micro-services and event-driven architectures
• 3+ years of proficiency in Java, Javascript, and/or Python, along with test frameworks like JUnit or pytest
• Experience leading a 'shift-left' quality initiative within an agile framework
