Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and ship cutting-edge LLM and generative AI technologies for the AI SDR product
• Provide technical leadership by designing systems that ensure high-quality AI performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, preferably with large-scale SaaS products
• Proficiency in Rails & React (or similar web frameworks) and relational databases
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including experience with roadmaps and complex feature delivery
• Passion for mentorship and fostering growth in engineering teams
