Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data & AI Platform Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build core platform components for the data, analytics, and AI/ML lifecycle
• Define solution architectures and reference implementations for internal platform capabilities
• Lead evaluations for components like MLOps frameworks and AI development tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on data, analytics, or ML/AI platforms
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks and modern data architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
