Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term architecture of the Experimentation Platform
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and statistical rigor of the platform
• Contribute to core systems and ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years as a technical lead for large-scale distributed systems
• Strong understanding of statistical experimentation concepts
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Ruby, Python, Typescript)
• Hands-on experience with stream or batch data processing technologies
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to create technical solutions
