Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead code/design reviews and participate in the entire application lifecycle
• Write clean code, perform advanced troubleshooting, and manage environment configurations
• Provide training and support to internal teams while mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development or 6 years with an advanced degree
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java or C#
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and experience with Cloud Native Infrastructure
