Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Salesforce/Sales Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions, adhering to agile principles
• Develop dynamic web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Lead a team of CRM Engineers and ensure alignment with business expectations and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations on the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales Cloud
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in development technologies including Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with API integration technologies and middleware tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and deployment concepts
