• Mentor engineers at all levels through coaching, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving
• Shape organization-wide architecture through forums such as the Architectural Steering Group

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling production systems
• Experience leading major technical projects across teams and functions
• Deep ownership of business-critical systems with an understanding of performance and supportability
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
