A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to manage staff assignments and scheduling in support of patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff assignments and utilize staffing technology to meet healthcare facility needs
- Manage timecard documentation and ensure accuracy in payroll and attendance records
- Communicate staffing changes and updates to staff and report staffing status to supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with relevant education or experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0 to 2 years of basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
- Experience in a fast-paced medical environment is preferred
- Ability to identify priorities, work independently, and multitask
