Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Adaptive Impact Coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute regional coverage plans and coaching strategies aligned with program models
- Manage multiple priorities and provide regular impact updates to stakeholders
- Support the retention and development of Corps Members throughout the coverage period
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in leadership coaching and/or leading adults
- Completion of Primary and Secondary CLASS certifications and an Executive Coaching Program
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
