State Licensed Health Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Informatics Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration's Digital Health Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics on clinical and identity data to identify anomalies and recommend changes
• Create and validate healthcare data requirements and business rules for various initiatives
• Lead the development and evaluation of technical documentation to ensure alignment with data quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Clinical experience with an MSN, PhD in Nursing, DNP, DNS, or licensure as NP or PA
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics and proficiency with electronic health records
• Experience with IT programming and tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, TOAD, and Power BI
• Experience with large-scale healthcare identity management systems
• Proficient in creating clinical workflow mapping and familiarity with BPMN+ notation
