Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel (General).

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal and external legal counsel in all stages of company litigation and manage discovery processes
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and provide legal counsel on corporate matters and regulatory compliance
• Assist with employment-related disputes, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle administrative tasks related to legal operations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state and in good standing
• 3-5 years of legal experience in litigation and/or dispute resolution
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Experience with insurance defense, class actions, and labor and employment claims preferred
