Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contract - (1099) Orthopedic Surgeon for Utilization Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent utilization reviews for orthopedic cases
• Provide expert opinions based on clinical guidelines and patient records
• Commit to a flexible schedule requiring only 1-2 hours per week

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Spine, Shoulder & Elbow, and/or Hip & Knee is required
• Minimum of 5 years of patient care experience in Orthopedic Surgery
• Must have an unrestricted state medical license in one of the specified states
