Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests
• Review clinical information and ensure accurate decisions comply with Medicare guidelines
• Assist in patient services and maintain quality assurance procedures

Required Qualifications

• MUST HAVE PBM PRIOR AUTHORIZATION EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of one year previous pharmacy experience, preferably in retail or hospital settings
• Active state pharmacist license in good standing is required
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D, along with a High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word
