State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Refill Technician to provide integrated support to pharmacy staff and ensure accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound patient refill phone calls and complete refill requests promptly
• Answer and triage inbound pharmacy inquiries appropriately
• Coordinate medication refills and ensure accurate data entry for prescriptions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• State registered as a pharmacy technician; CPhT certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 5-8 years preferred
• Experience working with healthcare professionals in a medical clinic is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within a mutually agreed timeframe
