Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive - Health Plans & Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with health plans, PBMs, TPAs, and Benefit Consultants, acting as the primary internal champion for partner needs
- Collaborate with Partner Sales and Account Management teams to educate on the company's value proposition and manage the sales process for growth opportunities
- Lead efforts to source employer deals within partner frameworks and collaborate with Health Plan Growth teams to support expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with self-insured employers, payers, and TPAs or managing large enterprise clients in a health-oriented industry
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and building trust-based relationships with complex stakeholders
- Ability to identify and drive new revenue opportunities across product lines
- Experience in account management, owning client impact, reporting, and improving relationships
- Proven experience collaborating with sales and client success teams to develop growth strategies
