Job Summary
A company is looking for an Officer, Strategic Events, West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute various types of events, both live and virtual
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new event formats and define key performance metrics
- Lead event project management, including logistics, production, and post-event evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3 years of event planning experience
- Experience in organizing events through all phases of development
- Outstanding skills in MS Office and event database management (Salesforce and Pardot preferred)
- Proven project and event management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Willingness to work late evenings and travel for events as needed
