Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of their SAAS solution for large accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the integration for strategic customers
• Perform comprehensive discovery and document implementation requirements
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while collaborating with sales and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in the implementation of SAAS solutions
• Experience managing operational and C-level stakeholders in high-stakes environments
• Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT
• Familiarity with sFTP automation and API builds
