Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring effective launch and post-launch control of solutions
- Identify operational business requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize needs
Required Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or operations
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management or related fields
- Expertise in process mapping and continuous process improvement
- Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
- Proven organizational and leadership skills to motivate and influence teams
