Key Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market and product strategies focused on growth and performance
- Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable campaigns and programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from strategy through execution
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing, or customer acquisition roles
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise-level consumer products (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills; experience with G Suite and Tableau
- Experience working across Product, GTM, and Analytics teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
