Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial products through asset modeling, portfolio performance modeling, and scenario analysis
• Act as a subject matter expert on financial products and their competitive positioning
• Conduct research and development for new products and contribute to pricing and structuring decisions

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, or product development within fintech or financial services
• Outstanding modeling, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Empathy and curiosity for homeowner and investor perspectives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of capital markets and residential real estate financing is a plus
