Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Program Manager to lead and deliver on strategic internal initiatives and manage operational initiatives for key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationship management and project management for product launches and partner integrations
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Product teams, ensuring necessary training and resources are available
- Develop and refine processes for onboarding and internal playbooks to enhance scalability and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise project management, leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Proficient in implementation best practices with a focus on driving improvements for KPIs
- Proven experience in developing and implementing new processes and best practices for operational efficiency
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to anticipate potential issues and risks
