Student Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Engagement Specialist II who will develop and deliver student engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver outreach programs focused on student membership retention
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and impact
• Support the future staffing needs of employers in alignment with strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, education, organizational behavior, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in an academic setting in administration or program leadership
• Extensive knowledge of student and academic culture in higher education
• Experience in not-for-profit organizations and global expertise beneficial
• Proven experience in multi-cultural or multi-lingual environments; international experience and multiple languages desirable
