A company is looking for a Student Loan Call Center Representative PT Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with borrowers via phone and email to guide them through repayment options
- Educate borrowers on their responsibilities and consequences of default
- Maintain accurate records of all borrower interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of experience in an office, clerical, or customer service setting
- Experience in a call center or financial services is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
