Key Responsibilities
- Service assigned students with scheduling, course management, and study skills support
- Provide coaching on professionalism and uphold academic integrity standards
- Monitor at-risk students and implement proactive outreach to encourage academic success
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a relatable field; higher education experience preferred
- Knowledge of university policies and procedures
- Ability to understand and comply with FERPA regulations
- Experience with student information systems for documentation
